Many of you may know Nina from her fabulous restaurant in Manson, Tanti Baci. She is a 5th generation Italian, and is very proud of her Italian Hertiage. She has done consulting for several Seattle Restaurants, including 6 of Dukes Chowder Houses. Nina uses only Organic, hormone-free poultry and eggs; grass fed meats, wild seafood, and buys local as often as possible.
Nina trained in Naples and Sorrento Italy, and bring will bring Southern Italy to your plate with her mix of Authentic Italian Cuisine and Modern Flare. This is a class you won't want to miss!
