California, Mary has been a Chef, Caterer and Party Manager for more than ten years at various Bay Area Companies, including Taste Catering, Events Etc..., and Creative Catering. She has had the privilege of cooking for some of the best known CEOs of Silicone Valley, including Larry Ellison of Oracle, Michael Eisner of ABC Network, David Hewlett of Hewlett Packard and Carol Bartz of Yahoo.
Mary pulls from a wide variety of cuisines from American Regional to cuisines across the globe. She loves the creativity of
California cuisine and Fusion and specializes in healthy, eclectic menus. She has spent years educating herself in the healing benefits of food and has learned how to combine maximum flavor with maximum nutrition to create food that is a treat for the palate as well as a balm for the body.
She loves to teach and share her talents by helping others learn fun, easy techniques and explore the vast varieties of foods we have available to us today.
