We're excited to have Kathy Entrop join us again for 2 more fun-filled evenings of cooking! Please note that the dates are out of the norm for us. Kathy's first class will be on the 2nd Thursday of June, and the second class will be on Saturday.
After graduating in 2002 from the “Art of Cooking” culinary program at the Seattle Art Institute, where Kathy earned the Crystal Chef award, she began her first business adventure; Kathy’s Kapers. With the support of her family and friends, her business quickly grew. She is the exclusive caterer for KeyBank Private Investment Group and has catered numerous prestigious events for their clients. In addition to catering, she offers cooking classes and “hands on” events in her home. Kathy has been a guest chef at SurLaTable and has been involved with their culinary program for the past 4 years. She is a member and part-time catering dept employee at Inglewood Golf Club. She serves her local community providing dinners for her church, community senior centers, local scout events and continues to donate auction items for fund raiser activities. The Culinary Arts are her passion and she is living her dreams.

Kathy will be back for an encore class on June 12 where she will be preparing a menu that would be perfect when having Company for Dinner:
