Pamela Ahl - owns and operates Amy's Manor Inn, Catering and Event Planning. She is the catering chef and guides her clients through the process of planning a wedding from start to finish. Pam started her career at the Culinary Institute of America, located in Hyde Park, New York. After graduation, she was a line cook and chef for several years, working in restaurants in Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Seattle. In 1985, she owned and operated an organic vegetable farm, for seven years. Willie Green's Organic Farm specialized in salad greens and lettuce selling to upscale restaurants in the Seattle/Bellevue area. In 1994, she came back to her grandparents home, in the Methow Valley, and continued the Bed and Breakfast business her sister had started. By 1998, she was teaching cooking classes and had started a catering business. The catering business has evolved into specializing in weddings and now provides complete wedding services and on site (at the Manor) and off site catering as well.
