Chef Erik Cannella is known for his ability to make a kitchen anywhere and a feast out of anything -- skills that earned him a 3-star rating on 2 butane burners at Seattle's Matt in the Market. Trained by the Culinary Institute of America, Erik combines classic tradition and simple style to create approachable cuisine. Erik's food and recipes are featured in The New York Times, Bon Apetit, Gourmet Magazine and several cookbooks.
Adrianne Dow Young knows how people approach food and how to make guests comfortable with their plate. For the past five years she has studied and written about etiquette at the world's different dinner tables. Aside from cooking and organizing events with Erik, she also writes monthly columns for Washington's newest wine magazine, WINO--a publication for the young professional. When not in Washington, they can be found cooking at winery events and private dinners in Napa Valley.
